BUNO COFFEE Delivery and Roasting Schedule

Exciting News!

BUNO COFFEE is currently testing the delivery service Couriers Please within QLD and aims to expand this offering to more regions soon. For now, expect Metro deliveries within 1-2 days post-dispatch and Regional deliveries in 3-4 days. Your feedback on this new service would be greatly appreciated.

Roasting Schedule

Our beans are freshly roasted on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday each week. Orders need to be placed by 7:30AM (AEDT) on the day of roasting to be included. Dispatch occurs on the next business day following roasting. For instance, coffee roasted on Monday will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Coffee roasted on Friday will wait at our headquarters for Monday dispatch to avoid weekend storage in vans or depots.

Please note, we do not dispatch on public holidays or weekends.

Domestic Shipping Across Australia

We dispatch domestic orders via Australia Post Parcel Post and Express Post. Delivery timelines follow Australia Post’s latest guidelines available on their website. As of January 2022, Express Post is prioritized but lacks a next-day delivery guarantee.

Tracking and Delivery

The shipping partner will send your tracking number directly via email upon dispatch. Ensure your email and contact details are accurate.

All parcels come with ‘Authority to Leave.’ If you prefer otherwise, indicate this in the checkout comments. Absent a signature, parcels may be sent to your closest collection point or returned to BUNO COFFEE.

Delivery timings adhere to Australia Post’s guidelines, accessible here. BUNO COFFEE is not liable for service interruptions. It’s crucial to provide a secure and attended delivery location.

A tracking number from Australia Post will be provided once your order is dispatched. Please verify your email address is correct.

DHL Express

DHL Express offers 2-4 day delivery post-dispatch to select locations, subject to premium rates. Should you need a quicker option and DHL isn’t available at checkout, contact us at shop@buno.com.au

Impact of Delivery and Freight Time on Coffee Quality

Interestingly, ‘fresh’ coffee might not always mean ‘best’ coffee. We’ve discovered the optimal brewing period for espresso roasted coffee is 10-20 days post-roast, or 5-25 days for filter brews, with coffee remaining prime for up to 6 weeks. This ensures you have ample time to enjoy your coffee once it arrives.

Despite requesting careful handling by our freight partners, we advise designating a safe, shaded area for deliveries marked with ‘Authority to Leave.’

Freight Delays

Once the order is with the carrier, delivery times are beyond our control. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for transit delays. However, should an order be lost or missing, we will offer a refund or replacement.

Returns Policy

We are committed to compliance with all laws and regulations, including the Competition and Consumer Act and Australian Consumer Law. This policy does not exclude or modify the statutory rights or liability of any party.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for change of mind.
